As Factory and Installation Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our company’s operations, strategy, and performance. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and ensure we deliver outstanding results to our clients while achieving financial targets and expanding our footprint. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels in leadership and thrives on building high-performing teams in the home improvement industry.
Key Responsibilities

Manage factory operations, including production scheduling, material procurement, and assembly of custom kitchen components.

Lead installation teams, coordinating on-site setups, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Optimize processes for efficiency, reducing waste and improving turnaround times while maintaining high craftsmanship.

Recruit, train, and mentor factory and installation staff, fostering a safe and productive work environment.

Collaborate with design and sales teams to align production with client specifications and deadlines.

Monitor inventory, equipment maintenance, and supplier relationships to support uninterrupted operations.

Implement quality control measures and conduct regular audits to uphold product standards.

Prepare reports on production metrics, installation performance, and continuous imaprovement initiatives.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations in factory and field settings
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional qualification).

5+ years of experience in sales management, with a strong preference for roles in the home improvement, furniture, kitchen design, or architectural sectors.

Demonstrated expertise in architecture or interior design principles, including space planning, material selection, and sustainable design practices.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools essential for creating detailed proposals.

Proven track record of closing high-value deals, building client relationships, and leading teams in design-focused sales environments.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Gaut
