Senior Interior Designer

Job Discription

As Senior Interior Designer, you’ll be blending creative kitchen design expertise with strategic sales initiatives. You’ll oversee client consultations, team performance, and revenue targets, ensuring every project reflects our brand’s excellence. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves turning client visions into reality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales consultants and designers to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.

  • Conduct client consultations, assess needs, and create customized kitchen design proposals using industry software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).

  • Drive business development through networking, lead generation, and partnerships with architects, builders, and interior designers.

  • Manage the sales pipeline from initial inquiry to project handover, ensuring seamless collaboration with installation teams.

  • Analyze market trends in kitchen design and appliances to refine sales strategies and product offerings.

  • Monitor team performance, provide training, and implement incentive programs to boost motivation and results.

  • Prepare reports on sales metrics, client feedback, and competitive analysis for senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional qualification).

  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, with a strong preference for roles in the home improvement, furniture, kitchen design, or architectural sectors.

  • Demonstrated expertise in architecture or interior design principles, including space planning, material selection, and sustainable design practices.

  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools essential for creating detailed proposals.

  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals, building client relationships, and leading teams in design-focused sales environments.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Gaut
